The LGM100 laser line generator module is a compact, integrated unit including modulated driver, laser and optics. The high quality optic results in a very homogeneous and sharp laser line. The focal length may be adjusted without rotating the laser line. Fix focus units are also available. The integrated driver ensures spike-free switching and modulation of the laser at frequencies up to 100kHz. The laser is powered by 5V and modulated with a standard TTL-compatible input. Fields of Application These compact, high quality, laser modules may be used for machine vision, industrial metrology and machine alignment applications. The high power output allows use in machine vision applications on surfaces with low reflection such as black rubber. The high operating temperature range allows use in industrial applications without the need for forced air or water cooling.
