Smooth, rotation free vertical movement.

Vertical movement is obtained by activating a spring-loaded cam by micrometer head. Rolling contact guideways using crossed rollers are employed for friction and stick-slip free translation. These guideways are factory preloaded to eliminate play and wobble. There are tapped holes on top and clearance slots on base for mounting.

The stage is constructed from aluminium alloy and finished by black anodizing.
We offer vertical stages in three models for 25 mm, 10 mm and 5 mm travel.

XYZ Configuration (Travel 15 mm)

This configuration can be achieved by using three translation stages (Model No ATS-65x65), two angle brackets (Model No AAB-65x65), one adapter plate(Model No AAP-65x65), and one base plate (Model No ABP-65x65).

XYZ Configuration (Travel 25 mm)

This configuration can be achieved by using two horizontal translation stages (Model No ATS-90x65), one vertical translation stage Model No AVTS-25 and one base plate (Model No ABP-90x65).

XZ Configuration (Travel 15 mm)

This configuration can be achieved by using two translation stages (Model No ATS-65x65), two angle brackets (Model No AAB-65x65), one adapter plate (Model No AAP-65x65), and one base plate (Model No ABP-65x65).

XZ Configuration (Travel 25 mm)

This configuration can be achieved by using one translation stage (Model No ATS-90x65), one vertical translation stage (Model No AVTS-25) and one base plate (Model No ABP-90x65).
